Purpose
To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.Duties Include
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Determine and manage the marketing budget
- Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
- Develop pricing strategy

Education and Experience
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification

Senior Mechanical/Automation Engineer
A Leander, Texas based Engineering Automation and Robotics company is looking for the right candidate to join their team.
Job Description:
The position requires a BSME or equivalent with 5+ years experience designing custom robotic and automation equipment.
Skills/Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:- Ability to define and develop custom robotic and automation equipment specifications
- Technical leadership in design of custom specialty robotic and automation equipment
- 3D CAD expertise (Pro/E or SolidWorks)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Mentor junior engineers, designers and technicians
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes for automation and light manufacturing is a plus
- Knowledge of PTC’s Mechanica, Flotherm is a plus
- Basic knowledge of machine controls and fluid power is a plus

CNC Programmer/Machinist
Duties include:
- CNC Programming for Lathe and Mill
- Setup and Run CNC Mill and Lathe
Experience:
- Working knowledge of programming for mill and lathe in Mastercam.
- Experience in manual and CNC mills and lathes required.
- Prototype machining, tool making a plus.
